Guest Rooms
In addition to our two guestroom, we are in the process of adding a GUESTHOUSE and the total amount to build a GUESTHOUSE is $90,000. We have raised $40,000, with your help and the support of the Koch Foundation, which awared our community $20,000, for a Guesthouse facility.
The mission of the Koch Foundation is “to strengthen and propagate the Roman Catholic faith by providing grant support for a wide variety of evangelization efforts.”
Let all guests who arrive be received as Christ, because He will say: ”I was stranger and you took me in” (Mt 25:35). And let due honor be shown to all especially to those “of the household of the faith” (Gal 6:10) and to wayfarers. When therefore, a guest is announced let him be met by the Superior and the brethren with every mark of charity. And let them first pray together, and then let them associate with one another in peace. RULE OF ST. BENEDICT (RB) Chapter 53 Of the Reception of Guests.
